This can be gotten very easily in an game mode, whether offline or online, however it is better to do it offline as you can you will guarantee getting the Monster. Pick any game mode and once the game starts go crazy and run head first into the Hunters after they deploy and melee them with R2; you should get the trophy shortly afterwards.
