This is very easy and quick. From the default starting point you need to head left. There's a path that leads to the market square. Take another left at the market square and you will come to an alley with some soldiers and military vehicles. Inside an abandoned shop are 5 coins on the counter. Sneak past the soldiers and grab the coins from the shop. Then make your way back to the starting point. To the right of the starting point (opposite direction where you just went) is a beggar sitting on the ground. He has a little plate on the floor where people can put some money. Throw five coins in it and the challenge is complete.
