Steps
1. Ensure that your Xbox 360 and your Xbox One are on different HDMIs.
2. Turn both your Xbox 360 and Xbox One on.
3. Go to the HDMI that the Xbox 360 is on.
4. Join a friends party and turn your mic and controller on. Put the mic on your head so you can talk to them (obviously).
5. Switch your HDMI to the Xbox One HDMI.
6. Turn you Xbox One controller on.
7. Sign in
8. Play! You should be able to talk to your friends on the Xbox 360 while playing the Xbox One now.

- Cant see when people leave or join the party
