On what is basically the tutorial part of the first level, you have to get into the bomber turret and shoot at the German Horten Ho 229 Jet planes attacking your bomber group. I shot down about three or so and the achievement popped easily.
All you have to do is make sure that all that planes that are not scripted to explode, survive. This is very easy to do unless you are playing on UBER difficulty in which this achievement becomes a little harder.
