Story related, can't be missed. You will earn this during the fourth chapter called Male Ward.

This will be at the end of the chapter. You will come to a cafeteria that is on fire. In the next section, you will need to turn more valves before activating the sprinkler system. Once again, our friend Chris Walker will be patrolling the area. If you are spotted, if you squeeze through either one of the two gaps you can safely wait for him to path away. One gap will be back where you entered the area from and the other will be in the back left of the area on your way to one of the valves.
