Text Tutorial:
This one is pretty simple and can be gained either through progressing along through the story or by grinding for it by reloading checkpoints
To get it by playing through the story:
Once reaching the earth platforms on the level "Black Rock Canyon" a slow mo scene will occur with max, Simply once completing and surviving the slow mo scene simply reload the check point and complete the moment 4 more times, After the 5th time you should unlock the achievement. This achievement can also be unlock by playing through the campaign and is not typically hard to complete.
