Text Tutorial:
This one is pretty simple and can be gained either through progressing along through the story or by grinding for it
To get it by playing through the story:
Once you are first able to create vines on the mission "Father Oak" Simply draw a vine using RT+A (Doesn't matter how long you make the vine just as long as you begin to create it) and then simply press X before finishing drawing and It will count as 1 vine created, Simply do this 199 more times or play through the story and you will eventually get the achievement.
