Alright guy's today i'll be teaching you how to make your own Gamerpicture for your Xbox Live Gamertag. What it doe's is replace your 64x64 and 32x32 Gamer Picture, With the desired one you choose. It sticks online so everyone can see it as well! This mod id very unique! Completely customizing your Account with a not-available Gamerpicture is pretty awesome. I've done this on my Main account 'Mr Legit' so it says my YT Page! (Text is horizontal). So simply follow the Tut below and you'll be on your way to a Custom Gamerpicture!
So let's get Started!
What You Need & Tut:
Xbox LIVE Vision Camera
Horizon
USB/Memory Device (HDD)
64x64 and 32x32 .png of the picture you want to set as your Gamerpicture.
Step 1 (Xbox)
1) Make sure you Profile is on your USB or HDD so it can be moved easily.
2) Use your Xbox Live Vision Camera and take a Personal Picture (Under Edit Profile)
3) Once you get to the part where it asks you to hit 'Accept' Go to your Xbox, Get ready to take out your USB or HDD
4) Press 'Accept', And Quickly take your HDD/USB out.
5) Sign out of Xbox LIVE.
Step 2 (Computer)
1) Open Horizon, And Open your Profile in 'Package Manager'
2) Go to the 'Contents'" tab.
3) replace pp_64 and pp_32 with your own files (Pictures) that you prepared before
4) Rehash, Resign, and place your USB or HDD back on your Xbox and Turn it on
Step 3 Final Step (Xbox Again)
1) Sign back in. As soon as you sign in you should see your own picture being displayed on the sign in menu.
2) Go to Edit Profile> Gamerpicture> Personal Picture
3) Pick the 'Modded' picture.
4) Your Done! Enjoy your 'Modded' Gamerpicture!

i did it exactly how u said and i keep gettin a blank picture instead of the one i replaced it with i resized it to 64x64 width and pixels still no luck
