Defeat the Streak - Kick out of a Pin from Undertaker 5 times in a single match.
This is tough. Undertaker will only go for pins once you're badly hurt. Let him hit you with a Tombstone and kick out of it. Let him knock you down and pin you, continue to kick out of his pins. If you're lucky enough to kick out of 5, the trophy will pop. See this video if you're having trouble
