Things you will need:
Flash Drive formatted to FAT32
Horizon (decline any additional software when installing, it's all bloatware)
Plug the Flash Drive into your 360
Go to System Settings, Storage, and then Configure the USB Sstorage Device
Move your profile from your Hard Drive to your USB drive
Plug your USB into your PC and load Horizon
Open your device and select Profiles
Right click on your Profile and hit "EXTRACT FILE" and EXTRACT to the DESKTOP

Pretty simple tutorial, did this a lot way back when was I would mod my gamertag and things like that for MW2. I miss those days. Except for the part where I would get banned later.
