Text tutorial:
1: Open Liberty V and select your common.rpf
2: Click the drop down arrows and go to Common > Data > Levels > Gta5
3: Replace the popcycle.dat with the one from the video description
4: Save it and put your common on a USB
5: Put the common in the root of your GTA 5 Game on xex menu (Dont need to if you are using ISO)
6: Start GTA and have fun!
