What you need:
1. A USB flash drive
2. A functional computer
3. USB XTAF
4. Modio
5. The GPD
On your xbox, make a new offline profile.
Go to system settings - memory - HDD, and remove Black Ops TU10
Move your new profile onto the USB drive, take out the drive and put it on your computer.
On the PC:
Open up USB Xtaf and extract the profile that is E0000002B25CA or something like that, E and 00000's
Open up Modio and open up your profile with it, go to the tab that says file contents and add the GPD.
Go back to Black Ops - Multiplayer - Local - Splitscreen, and you're done!
GPD: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Google for XTAF and Modio, they will be there.

How do you activate the mods? I hit the back button on my controller and some rainbow words appear but I'm not sure what to do afterwards. Any help please. :)

After you put the gpd on your profile, delete the profile off of usb xtaf. Then inject the one you added the gpd to.

it works buddy i have done it a thousand times you just need to be offline and you need to delete the update

lets say you try and it wont work, it will just be regular splitscreen
