1.Download and install this program [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2.Open it up
3.Go to start, Network Tools, and go down and find UDP Flooder
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4.On the top bar type in 27.27.27.27, then on the bottom bar, copy Data then hold ctrl+v for about 10 seconds
5.On the bottom, put the speed bar all the way
6.When your ready, click start and your ready to start lagging people
Warning
You have to be host and also dont leave start on too long or you will be disconnected from the internet

-iiM_oRiiGiiNaL- I'm pretty sure this only works on older games (such as GoW2). Newer games (Black Ops) have deticated servers that will migrate hosts when the current host of the game's connection lowers and finds someone in the game with a better one.
Actually, you should get your facts straight.

1. Black ops doesn't have dedicated servers, if they did, there would be no host migration.

2. This method does work, I used a better tutorial though. It will lag black ops if you are host. If you keep it on for so long the host will be migrated and you will be kicked out the game.


Okay, I wasn't sure. I haven't played any of the call of duty games in over a year... lol
