1) Look at the current TOTW for 74 rated silver IFs from decent leagues
2) Check his price all week through FUTHead.com
3) Buy several copies when he gets to a cheap price (make sure you buy before the next TOTW comes)
4) Wait as long as you want (3 weeks+ recommended)
5) Sell for profit
Note: Only Silver 74s as they are both wanted and can't get a silver SIF
