Psyonix announced it'll return voice chat to Rocket League with an update scheduled for release on May 9. Voice chat has been removed from Rocket League since the 2.04 update that released on September 14, 2021. The announcement of Voice Chat returning was made on the official Rocket League Twitter account, which linked to a blog post.

Gunzilla Games have teamed up with movie director Neill Blomkamp to create the “next generation” of battle royale games, Off The Grid. The game has been written by Richard K. Morgan, who previously worked on Crysis and you may be wondering why a battle royale needs a writer. Here’s Blomkamp explaining the game:

Sony's acquisition of Destiny 2 studio Bungie may have hit a speedbump, as The Information reports that the US Federal Trade Commission has launched an "in-depth investigation" of the deal. Bloodborne 2 or a Bloodborne PS5 upgrade isn’t outside the realm of possibility, if PlayStation insider and Sacred Symbols host Colin Moriarty is to be believed. Moriarty, who’s pretty well-connected in the industry and has been fairly accurate with his information, teased in a new video that Sony isn’t quite done with the game.

PlayStation insider and former IGN writer Greg Miller has corroborated a rumor that Sony was reportedly in talks to acquire Square Enix.
