PlayStation Network down for maintenance next week

Sony has announced that the PlayStation Network will be taken offline for scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, May 25.

Them downtime will last approximately two hours, starting at 6:30am until 8:30am local time. You’ll still be able to sign-in into your account and play games or use applications.

You won’t, however, be able to access the PlayStation Store, Account Management, or PlayStation Video during. As always, Sony recommends activating your PS4 as a primary console, if it’s not that way already .

If you actually took a second to read the article it clearly states that you will still be able to play your games and apps.

Not to mention the time it's scheduled for. It's only 2 HOURS and it's very early in the morning. Half the people probably won't even know it will have gone down and back up by the time they wake up. If you can't find anything to do for 2 hours with a week notice then that's sad.
