Bungie Asks Why You Haven't Been Playing Destiny

4.6
Bungie is worried about the number of players not playing their game.

When Destiny strolled onto the scene in 2014, millions logged on to complete Raids, Strikes and fight other Guardians in the Crucible. Now, it’s less busy and the developer wants to know why.

Destiny players who haven’t logged into the game over the last month have received an email from Bungie asking them why they’ve been dormant and if they will be returning to the shooter in the future.

Those who did log into Destiny recently also received an email from the developer, asking them to rate their experience from 1 to 5 – 5 being ‘Very Fun’ and 1 being ‘Not so Fun.’

With the release of Tom Clancy’s The Division, many will be tempted to jump ship from the sci-fi and give Ubisoft’s upcoming role-playing title a swing.

Do you still play Destiny often? Let us know how much in the comments below.

Game is stale and boring. They should've kept halo.

I was a fan of the initial release but never really felt the game, I couldn't grind on Destiny like I can on Halo, and then once the Dlc's rolled out, no one wanted to pay that much for everyone of them. Then, I justost intrest in the game as time went on, it was every repetitive.

it got boring at least to me....

Quite simple really, a game that was massively overhyped and delivered such a boring, repetitve game. I've probably played the Halo games that Bungie developed religiously over the last 10 or so years and yet Destiny was a game that I just couldn't get into, nothing enticed me to hop on and play everyday like Halo did. Unfortunately there are much better games (In my opinion) out there worth investing your time into.

Lol because it sucks. overhyped. dont get me wrong i can have a few drinks and play it here and there but never for hours like bo3 or battlefield or even dying light. Now with the division on the way and dying light's dlc and black ops maps they can forget about destiny

Unfortunately I stopped playing because the Gjallarhorn grind was no longer

Mostly reason I quit this game is because I couldn't get online for months and got set back far. Then they also added micotransactions what basically ruined it.

The problem is a content drought and that people aren't willing to play and PVE because there has been no content for almost 5 months. PVP is just not in the right spot right now (matchmaking issues, and gun balance). Bungie needs to fix the problems that the community has been asking for but I know that its been really hard to do so with a small team.

I'll come back to destiny when they finally add something new, but for now I'm enjoying playing other games with my friends

It's a good game playing it once, but like another user said, it does get quite repetitive. Leveling up each character playing the same campaign over and over. Got boring quick, new games got released and never went back.

Potion Probably the game is boring as shit and has nothing going for it now. They should've stuck to Halo.

lol either that or people got a life they live? lol cx
