Microsoft responds to Halo: Reach Frame Rate Issues on Xbox One

4.5
On the heels of its introduction at this year’s E3 2015, backwards compatibility brought back Halo: Reach to a generation of Halo fans on Xbox One, though not entirely smoothly as many users have been reporting technical performance issues with the game, with Microsoft on the way for a fix.

Following numerous reports from Xbox One users from Reddit and Microsoft’s support pages, the widespread consensus is that Halo: Reach has been suffering from some frame rate issues on backwards compatibility,

Microsoft responded in a statement to Kotaku that “we’re aware some users are experiencing issues playing Halo: Reach via Xbox One Backward Compatibility,” with the company continuing that “the Xbox engineering team is currently looking into the issues and are working to address them.”

Halo: Reach was originally revealed as a backwards compatible title on Xbox One earlier this year, with it being introduced to the service this month.

Congenital I like how they are reacting to what people are complaining about to make it work. That is 1 thing I like about Xbox.

I mean that is customer service. If people complain they should respond

Miss lol, loses frames on the "next-gen" console, but not on it's predecessor.

The game was built for a 360, not an Xbox one emulator. Minor issue really.

Exactly as Krieg said, it was built for the 360.

I just downloaded Reach through Backwards compatibility recently. Haven't played it on the Xbox One yet but I hope and lpan too. Lol, I hope it's solid like Reach played on 360, hopefully they fix the FR issues. :D

Pro I have this game but I still dont know whether or not to take it out of the box or to take it back to the shop and get a game like forza?

It is Halo Reach in this article.
But if you're a Halo fan, play it! It's awesome!
But if you're not, return it quick to keep the value of it
