PlayStation Network Email Verification Delays Fixed

4.7
Sony’s PlayStation Network was facing some issues several days ago, mainly regarding account creation. Essentially there were delays with account validation and password reset emails, most likely due to the number of people logging on for Christmas.

Thankfully, Sony has identified the issue and revealed in an update on Twitter that, “The issue with email verification delays has been resolved. Thanks again for your patience! For password reset help: http://bit.ly/1Ix9In8”

It’s a good thing Sony fixed the issue reasonably quickly – without your PSN account, you can’t access multiplayer or your collection of free PlayStation Plus games or even access the online Store. Of course, there’s also the problem with managing your account if the service is down if your account is compromised, it would be difficult to even reset your information.

Are you still facing issues with PlayStation Network? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned or more information.

Yup, I've been hearing, I'm an xbox one user but my sister has a PS4, and she is flipping out about all these things happening on her console.
