PS4 Sold “Well Over” 25 Million Units Worldwide

Looks like the PS4 has achieved another sales milestone, even if it did without fanfare. According to SCE Worldwide Studios Vice President Michael Denny, interviewed by GamesInustry, the console has sold over 25 million units.

I don’t think there’s a better time to buy into PlayStation – PS4 particularly. Our installed base now is well over 25 million. That gives us a massive community of gamers, supported by a lot of new community features. We’ve got great games out there, more coming through. We’re looking forward to 2016, it’s an exciting time.

Congratulations are in order. The PS4 has been taking this generation by storm, by now, and it’ll be interesting to see whether the momentum will continue long enough to beat the venerabkle PS2.

That is a lot of consoles if you think about it. I reckon that Xbox will have sold a lot more than sony have though, But I cannot be too sure on that!

Still not going to be buying a PS4 because In my personal opinion I prefer Xbox or PC Anyday of the week xD

-it- This is amazing, I think the PS4 is way better than the XBOX, I feel that PS made a great console this last year and that it beat XBOX which is too buggy and does not look too well to me.

xbox has improved a ton over the last couple months do !!!

They have, the PS4 has been solid , but xbox one has also been stepping up their game to improve their console to out do that ps4.
