Ubisoft already let loose the fact that a new Driver game was coming, and mind you, what a comeback it might be.

For those who played the original Driver back in 1999, have a look at teaser above — and the teaser site which also reads “Driver1999″ at the top — and you might be going, “been there, done that!” And you’d be right, because except for the fact that this is a live action teaser, you did those exact moves - digitally - in the game 11 years ago. And let’s not forget how good that game by Reflections Interactive was.

So besides the hint that Ubisoft is going back to the franchise’s roots, we’re not given any more info except that the game will take place in San Francisco and that it will be fully revealed during E3 next week. But there’s excitement in the air already.
