First images of new Xbox One controller with 3.5mm headphone jack

An Austrian retailer has leaked the first images of Microsoft’s new Xbox One controller which first came to light yesterday.


The images posted by Libro show the Covert Forces version of the revamped controller with a 3.5mm headphone jack which was outlined on the Xbox Support Website.

A release date for the new Xbox One controller is slated for June 8, which means Microsoft will be making an announcement before E3 kicks off on June 15.

Wait, before we go on. What the hell did Microsoft steal from Sony? An idea of 3.5mm? Logic on that? They see consumers want a 3.5mm, so they add it simple. It wasn't any idea of any company. It was our wants. Please get real people.

Stop with the console wars. I own both (with Kinect on Xbox One, have yet to buy the PlayStation Camera), I enjoy both.

No sony isnt a joke steam/valve nintendo and ea are a joke plus xbox went downhill when they forced kinnect so ms was a joke as for stealing the idea pc started 3.5mm


You just brought full retard to a new level..... You don't have to use the kinect for the xbox one if you don't want to. Not only that you don't have to buy the kinect, you can just buy the xbox one by itself.

thank god! the controller mic is always freezing its just a terrible plug it does not even fit the controll right. we need a bluetooth like mic for the one like the 360 had.

I prefer using wireless headphones.

But this might come useful to other people that use Wired.

Steam/Valve are known as one of the best gaming companies in the world please get your facts right before posting. Also you must be young because back in the day, Nintendo was the bomb.
