GTA V PC launch delayed to April 14th

Grand Theft Auto V for PC will be arriving on April 14th as announced by Rockstar Games today. The PC launch was originally dated for January 27th before a delayed that was pushed to March 24th. This delay is to "ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC." Anyone who pre-ordered the game will be getting an additional $200,000 for use in GTA Online.

"GTAV for PC will be arriving on April 14th at retail and as a digital download. Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC. As a gesture of thanks for your understanding, we will grant anyone who has pre-ordered the game an additional $200,000 in-game cash for use in GTA Online." - Rockstar Games

Miss People should not be complaining about this at all, especially if you've spent $800+ on a PC. I'd definitely want the game to be as near perfect as possible if I spent that kind of money.

Yeah and I didnt pay $800+ to wait for a game to be delayed more and more.

If you play on PC you have plenty of other stuff to keep yourself occupied.. quit being self-entitled little brats.. This mentality is what killed the gaming market.. [not limited to pc]

Xsplay This game keeps getting delayed it sucks and I'm disappointed with Rockstar, and before someone moans at me telling me i'm not aloud to moan about this game. Either you don't have a pc or you don't really want this game a lot.

The game was to come out like last year on pc and it came out a year before that one xbox 360 also all these delays better make the game run perfectly or a lot of people will be annoyed and all these delayed would of been for nothing

Also its delayed due to production problems apparently (Rumour) also this new release date sucks cause I'm going to have no computer and will be in the caribbean ='[

Well yeah I understand that people are dissapointed with Rockstar, but like they said, it is to "ensure that the game is as polished as possible", and that's worth the wait if you ask me. Because else you would just complain about the bugs and such, so it's a pain to wait, yes. BUT I think it's worth it.

"Ensure that the game is as polished as possible" Rockstar's way of saying "We're incompetent and we love taking your money. But we can't take it yet because of how shit our game is."
