Halo Spartan Strike delayed due to Halo: MCC problems

4.7
Spartan Strike has been delayed due to problems with Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

The Windows 8, Windows Phone 8 and PC game was originally due out for release on December 12, but is being delayed to turn focus on resolving the issues with Halo: The Master Chief Collection, according to the post on the Halo: Waypoint site.

"While we’re excited about this all-new Halo experience, our commitment to resolving the current matchmaking issues in Halo: The Master Chief Collection remains the top priority. As a result, we have decided to move the release of Halo: Spartan Strike to early 2015"

Good to see that 343 Industries are still fixing this game. Better than them forgetting about MCC and moving on to another game for the money.

I hate how all these games are getting delayed. I swear is Tom Clancy's The Division gets delayed one more time I am going to flip. OP I think this game will be ok.

-Skittle I don't see why they're bothering with a mobile game when they could make a lot more money improving the console versions..

That's what I was thinking but the mobile game will still make some money.

If it's anything like CoC or a similar p2w game they will make a significant greater profit off of the mobile game than any console game. More people are willing to spend a few dollars here and there (and it adds up a lot) than $60 up front.

That's a really good point, but it probably won't work out like that. They will probably just make a short campaign in the style of mobile FPS's.

Hopefully they fix MMC soon so they can continue on other projects.

I'm glad this wasn't released before their previous released was fixed.
