Halo 2: Anniversary Rumble playlist making a return to Halo: MCC

4.6
Halo: The Master Chief Collection will bring back the Rumble playlist for Halo 2: Anniversary. The Rumble playlist was removed from the rotation to cut down on matchmaking wait times.

343 made an announcement on the Halo Waypoint site stating that Rumble will make a return due to community feedback they received.

“Based on community feedback we’ve received since yesterday’s update, we are bringing the Halo 2: Anniversary Rumble playlist, which features a variety of FFA game types, back into the matchmaking rotation.”

“Our team continues to work on resolving existing matchmaking issues such as party splitting and uneven teams, and in the meantime, this playlist will offer a mix of game types that are not affected by these known issues.”

343 recently made an update to the announcement stating they are running tests for the playlist.

"We are running final tests on the Halo 2: Anniversary Rumble playlist, and will be integrating the playlist into the rotation as soon as possible. We'll provide an update once we've pushed the playlist live."

DLT Maybe they should concentrate on making the game playable before starting add-ons. I can't even play the campaign on co-op because it either freezes mid game or we can't even start the game.

It's not an add-on. It was there before. They removed it so other playlists would be more populated. They are definitely working on the matchmaking and even microsoft has gone to help them. So many people don't understand how hard it is to put 4 game engines all into one and have it work fine.

I understand it is hard putting 4 games into one, even making one working game is hard enough for most companies these days. But it's almost as if they threw all the games in and didn't test it at all. I would rather they delayed the launch until next year and had every aspect of the game working rather than rushing to release a game that isn't complete and probably won't work completely until next year any way.

I don't find it acceptable that companies are releasing games that are broken, but most people can't get refunds because they are either digital downloads or because the place you buy it from won't except returns after the packaging has been removed.

Whatever. I got a refund for this broken game via Xbox support. Even they classified this game as broken. Thanks, but no thanks 343.

In no way is the state of MCC acceptable, and customers need to stop excusing the act. The whole game is broken, hell they didn't even complete the menus. There is no brightness setting and many other settings lacking, the launch has been a complete joke.
