Video: Advanced Warfare features option to enable ‘paintball effects’

A user on Twitch ‘anfuny29′ has shown off the MP Settings, which reveal an option to enable/disable “Paintball Effects.”

According to the user, this allows for you to enable an effect to shoot yellow paintballs at the enemies. The paintballs have the same damage as the bullets, but this just enables a UI effect that alters how they look on your screen. This option may be limited to private match only, but we’re not too sure as of right now.

TDK_Jr I think that this addon is very stupid and it was used in a mod menu for cod4 a long time ago.


It's great because of how many kids play this game now.
"very stupid"; it doesn't affect anyone negatively at all, the guns sound the same still.

It will pretty fun for private matches and stuff, But if there was like a set mode which made everyone have a set class and have a paintball gun and paint bombs would be so sick

i cant evn load the whole video but if enabling this effect lets you see other people shooting paintballs than this might b used to exploit bcus you would b able to see where people were shooting from easier

Evo8 Don't see the point in this feature but okay.


I think they saw all the paintball mods from previous COD's and thought they'd make more people want the game now.

But I quess this could be a fun feature if you messing about with mates.

That used to be an option on CoD4 and MW2 challenge lobbies actually, and on CoD5 as well but it was never that much fun on there
