‘Infected’ and ‘Gun Game’ modes are returning in CoD: Advanced Warfare

In the latest edition of Newsweek, featuring Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, they've confirmed with Sledgehammer Games that popular game modes Infected and Gun Game are returning in Advanced Warfare’s multiplayer.

Infected was first introduced in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 as a community multiplayer mode, and has become a fan favorite over the years.

Gun Game was first introduced in Black Ops, where players start off with the same weapon and as they get more kills, they earn new weapons.

It is great that these two game modes are returning for another Call of Duty title as they are the two most enjoyable non-serious game modes for online multiplayer. It would be nice if both of these game modes were set like they were on Modern Warfare 3 where different maps offer different weapon set-ups as that provided even more varied playability within the game modes.

Gun game is by far on of my favourite modes, I have loved it since BO1. Glad to see it still in the COD series.

Well thank god your point of view doesn't apply to the avid cod community. This game looks sick AF, and for BF fanboys (idk if you are or not, general statement..) BF Hardline vs AW? Lol so much competition

Miss Infected was fun, not so much gun game. People took that a bit too serious.

I just went demoted people for fun, didn't like progressing. Should've seen how many rage messages I've gotten.
