Forza Horizon 2's first car pack rolls out on Xbox One

Microsoft has released its first batch of add-on content for the Xbox One version of its open-world racer Forza Horizon 2, adding a collection of six new cars to player garages.

The pack introduces the 2015 Jaguar F-Type R Coupe, the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, the 2013 Renault Clio RS 200, 1988's Volkswagen Scirocco 16v, and the 1957 Maserati 300 S. This month also marks the launch of the 1988 BMW M5, which all players can download today free of charge. Joystiq's Ludwig Kietzmann found that Forza Horizon 2 excelled in providing a laid-back structure and player-determined pacing, describing the experience as akin to "a big, bouncy summer drive."

The Mobil 1 Car Pack is priced at $5, and is available as a free download for players who purchased the $24.99 Forza Horizon 2 Car Pass.

I only have this for the 360. I should have got it for the One though. All in all it is a great game.

I can't even imagine the amount of money the creators of this game are making.
Putting these brand name cars in this game is advertising so I'm almost positive that the car companies are paying them.

Wow, that was a fast DLC release. I haven't played this game in ages since I'm pretty much finished it. Got a bunch of cash, completed both parts of the finale and reached level 125 and then I got bored of the game really. I still haven't got 100% completion but the game doesn;t interest me as much as it did.

this game is so enjoyable id love to buy this dlc but dlc :'( if they included all this in the original game it would be spot on.

I haven't purchased the game yet, but I'm really wanting to.. :/

I love the Forza series and racing games are a blast. Once I pick myself up a copy of the game I will definitely be purchasing this along with it.
