Snapchat acquires AddLive in possible move to add video chatting

Snapchat, a popular mobile picture messaging platform, has announced that they have acquired AddLive whose technology may be the firm's building blocks in order to add powerful video chatting features into their service. According to recent reports Snapchat has been on the lookout for a video technology provider such as the one they have purchased; their exact intent is unclear but we'll keep you in the loop.

Sounds like it will be a nice feature to be added. I don't use Snapchat but a lot of my friends do and they use it all the time; they will probably enjoy this.
