First official Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare screenshots

3.6
Activision has released the first official screenshots for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

The trio of high-resolution shots comes in conjunction with the firm's official Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare announcement, which was delivered on Friday, brought forward from a previously publicized Sunday unveiling, likely due to the numerous comprehensive leaks which prematurely outed the game Thursday evening.

Activision has confirmed that the Sledgehammer-developed game will be set in a 'plausible future', specifically year 2054, staring Kevin Spacey as the main antagonist Jonathan Irons.

The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare release date is set for November 4 on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC.

Another futuristic cod? I'M DONE! They went way to far with all this futuristic shit in Call of Duty. I didn't mind BO1 because it was set in the future but these days it's like cod games take place in the 2500's!!!

CB9 Im pretty sure none of you live your life in the past, stop living in the past cods and adapt to new things.

yes tell this to all of the people listening to classic music, purchasing those classic paintings and watching TV shows from the the past, those people need to adapt to new things as well, and don't tell me that those are unrelated, they are all forms of entertainment/Art

Is anybody else tired of the advanced/ future shit? I hated the last two cods and that's not just me being a hater like everybody does. I genuinely disliked them. I traded both of them in because I couldn't play them. I think they should make another world war game and make it really good.

I used to like the COD games even ghosts but when I heard about this my brain shattered this is too much like titanfall even though they can doesn't mean they should, this is the first COD I will be either not buying or buying it to play with friends. But I wasn't one of those who defended COD because I knew it was kinda garbage but it was fine with me at least it had a little good in it but this. This I don't even want to touch. If I wanted Titanfall I would've bought Titanfall.

Here comes the people saying this is the best COD ever....

If they put a lot more time into the campaign I might buy the game....

-LOST- Those screenshots look nice. Can't wait to see some multiplayer.

That's what everyone wants to see. I actually rather like seeing campaign footage. Even if I'm not getting the game.

Everyone wants to see the online content due to the fact that it dominates the market of almost every single game now-a-days. We are no longer in the first generation of consoles where it was rare to find a game with online gameplay.

IMO: Campaign gaming will and should be removed/left in the past. It just doesn't make sense to have it? what is the point in having a version which is un-editable, let alone the fact that they are relatively easy to complete and then your finished. Where as with multiplayer, developers have the option to add new content, in which they do and is why it ultimately rules the market.

//stop creating campaigns, focus on the multiplayer side. Non-live players, don't buy Xbox's if you cannot afford live. simple as f#ck

This is probably the worst statement I have seen, sorry. But no single player? How can you call yourself a gamer.

That statement of yours was so bad It actually made me feel sick, they lack of intelligence you show is baffling to the point of no-return. Campaign games are equally as if not more important than Multiplayer. The fact you ignore this simple fact dictates how little you know about the games you're buying/reading about.

Makes me feel sick that you can't even attempt to accept someone Else's opinion. They don't care for SP, that's fine. Other people must agree with him, as Titan-fall was a massive hit.
