Just play the multiplayer.. campaign is like multiplayer but with bots that have aimbot.
I found the bots rather easy to kill on Veteran if you weren't up close to them. It also seemed like at longer ranges even when shooting at them, all they did was just run in circles .-. However I have started playing multiplayer now since I have beaten the campaign and will return later to single player to finish it on Hero.

No one has missed it. If you open up steam on your desktop and look in downloads it should be there and just right click and "install"
