Watch Dogs closed beta spotted on Xbox One

Multiple Reddit users have spotted and captured photos of a Watch Dogs closed beta on Xbox One.

Weighing in at 23.07GB on the Xbox One Game Store, the Watch Dogs beta was unavailable to download at the time of its discovery. A listing for the beta was also spotted on Xbox One's video Upload Studio.

It's unclear if the trial is for internal testing purposes only, or whether Ubisoft intends to open up the game to members of the public ahead of its official release.

Watch Dogs creative director Jonathan Morin recently confirmed that the game will support multiplayer open world free roaming for up to eight players.

Lead game designer Danny Belanger also revealed that the game will include a number of systems designed to combat online griefing.

In early March, Ubisoft confirmed a Watch Dogs release date of May 27 on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC, with the Wii U version set to "release at a later date".

The highly anticipated open-world game was originally scheduled for release in November, but it was delayed due to quality concerns.

I just got titanfall and have the project spark beta... maybe this console isnt nearly as bad as i thought it would be


calculating all the games that would be out by come summer, xbox one is absolutely an asskicker.


Yeah that is true the next gen games are going to be amazing and you are going to wish that you bought the next gen consoles :P.

The console was never bad it just had a lack of games like most consoles at launch.


Lack of games = boredom, that is the only bad thing the console itself is good except for not having all the updates pre launch which would be pretty much impossible.

Its a newly released console. PS3 and Xbox 360 had the same problems. Shit, in my opinion, worse.
