HBO Go launches on PS3 today

North America's popular TV network streaming service HBO Go is finally arriving on PS3 today, March 4.

The HBO Go video streaming client lets HBO subscribers instantly stream "every episode of every season" of the HBO network's most popular shows, including True Detective, Boardwalk Empire and Game of Thrones.

SCEA's SVP of business development Phil Rosenberg also said today that Sony is "working diligently with HBO to bring the HBO GO app to PS4", although he offered no timeframe on its arrival.

To use HBO Go you must first be subscribed to HBO programming via your home cable provider, then use your cable details to log into the client.

The HBO Go App was released for Xbox 360 back in May 2012, offering access to over 1400 programs including HBO original series, blockbuster hits, sports, specials "and more".

Pretty much, all you need is Netflix and the Internet.

haha yeah that is true netflix is the best i watch nearly all my shows/movies there.

I never watch tv anymore. I always use netflix

Multitask this is a good addition but i hope they would add this on ps4 :).

It most likely will be released on PS4 sometime this year.

When it does I suggest watching True Detective, it is a great show just finished the first season.
