Lego The Hobbit PS3 bundle wanders into stores this spring

Sony is prepping a new PS3 bundle to launch this spring in order to tap the hype surrounding the final The Hobbit film due to land this December. It is expected to retail at 270 USD and includes one 500GB "super slim" PS3 ,one DualShock 3 controller, appropriate wires and documentation, and one copy of Lego The Hobbit.

This entry in the Lego series is the latest in a long line of similar games, it focuses on the first two films in The Hobbit Trilogy. The title launches this spring on just about every current platform: Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Wii U, 3DS, PC and Mac.

yep. it takes about two years for them to stop making the second latest console's games.

I only liked the Lego Star Wars games, they were fun.

Lego games are awesome, its a great deal and great bundle, but why spend that when the ps4 is out

I wonder if this will include a custom console or controller case, it would be really cool if it was in the theme of The Hobbit and not just the Lego version either.

This is a very nice deal and a great price IMO. I don't play many Lego themed games(Indiana Jones and Star Wars mainly) but this looks like a nice game to play.
