Sony promises 100 PS4 games in 2014

Sony has promised over 100 games will release for PlayStation 4 during 2014.

The company Tweeted the statistic during its PS4 showcase event in Los Angeles.

These titles are likely to include both digital-only and retail releases, ranging from indie titles through to Triple A Sony exclusives such as Infamous Second Son.

Sony has already released a number of indie titles in 2014, including Outlast and Don't Starve. Titles including Fez, Rogue Legacy and Strider are among the titles slated for release later this year.

Meanwhile, Sony has confirmed that Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, Don't Starve and NBA 2k14 are the most popular games on Remote Play, which allows users to stream PS4 games to the PS Vita.

Sony has made a series of announcements today including a PS Vita / Borderlands 2 bundle, which is due to release sometime between March and May.

The company also announced new Vita bundles for Ratchet & Clank and God of War.

VIT I did some research and looks like Xbox one will have more games out this year than PS4.


In a way that doesn't really matter it all depends on the sales of the games.


He meant it in a competitive way I am sure.

That is quite a lot of games, Hopefully they are all good games that come out.

That's a lot of games for one year. They will be really good i can just tell from all of the trailers and gameplays.
