Grand Theft Auto Online down for maintenance tonight

The Grand Theft Auto Online multiplayer component of Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto 5 will be taken offline for maintenance tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and will not be available until tomorrow.

A patch issued earlier this week for GTA Online targeted cash cheats and player progression exploits, framing the forthcoming maintenance as a likely byproduct. Rockstar reports that the maintenance period shouldn't last more than 24 hours, and the mode is expected to resume normal operation on Thursday, January 16.

I believe that they are porting it to Next gen. I don't know when its coming out, but I heard its happening.


Unfortunately, they aren't. I remember seeing a IGN News Post talking about how theydon't plan on making it for the Next-Gen. Dan Houser specifically said they won't bring it to Next-Gen pretty strongly.


A few weeks ago there was a article on here that said GTA V ports were found for next-gen consoles.

EA has said that they couldn't take the new SimCity into offline but, that's happening. What I'm trying to say is 'never say never'

VANAGON Atleast all my cars are upgraded to my liking, dont really care for money anymore, just like driving.


Yah, same I have bought everything I can.


I also went on a huge shopping spree lol
Bought all boats, bicicles, planes, etc. and all weapons and attachments.
