Metal Gear Solid 5 map 'hundreds of times larger' than Ground Zeroes'

4.4
According to a Siliconera translation of a tweet by Hideo Kojima, the map for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is "hundreds of times larger" than the map being used for its prologue, Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. The Ground Zeroes map also lacks real-time changes to the day and night cycle, though Kojima reportedly stated that each mission will offer different experiences.

The Siliconera translation also reads that "GZ is both a prologue to the MGS5 story and, at the same time, a tutorial for a new MGS, which transitions to sneaking simulator."

Haven't played the MGS series since MGS3 on the PS2. I can't wait for this game to release for the xbox one. Hopefully it'll bring back some of that nostalgic feelings.

I really like bigger maps because there is more room to explore.
