Xbox Live sale discounts Forza Horizon and season pass

Microsoft has discounted Forza horizon for today only on Xbox Live as part of its 'Countdown to 2014' sale.

The Xbox 360 racer is available to download for £19.99 (50% off), while the Forza Horizon season pass is priced at £10.19 (70% off).

The season pass provides access to six car packs and the Forza Horizon Rally expansion pack.

The ongoing Countdown to 2014 sale will introduce different daily deals in the run-up to Christmas, while over two dozen games are discounted all week, including FIFA 14, NHL 14 and Bioshock Infinite.

It might be worth pointing out to the team who handle these sales about the regional price differences. So far the daily sales have come out considerably cheaper for US players, leaving the rest of the world feeling neglected.

You can get it new on Amazon for just over 20 so it isn't really 50% off, basically for one day only they wont be overcharging by about 50% which should be the real story here, why is digital so freaking expensive?

This is an amazing deal and Forza Horizon is an amazing game. Considering buying the season pass for it now.
