Microsoft releases Xbox One tips and tricks video

4.5
Microsoft has released an Xbox One tips and tricks video.

Covering physical and voice commands, it provides some shortcuts for navigating the console's interface.

The video is presented by Xbox Live director of programming Larry 'Major Nelson' Hyrb, who says the features highlighted will "improve your overall Xbox One experience".

Earlier this week, Hyrb said Microsoft is working on a number of improvements to Xbox One's party system.

He also said that a link to Xbox Feedback, a consumer website listing a number of issues and suggestions to improve the Xbox One user experience, has been passed along to the relevant team at Microsoft.

I could see that being a problem encountered by Multiple people with the Xbox One. It would be a little frustrating in my opinion

I believe that it has technology that will only recognize the voice that is associated with the account that is signed in.

Woof I have to be honest, as much as I love my XO, I have been surprised and really scratching my head at why they have made some things which were simple and fluid to perform on the 360, like party invites, notifications, standard settings etc all so god damn convoluted now, one thing the 360 had for me over my ps3 was how fluid and intuitive and logical it was to use and navigate, I cant effin understand why MS had to screw with this, its not an enjoyable machine to use so far to be honest. Hopefully this patch being mentioned isnt too far away.

They wanted to switch it up.
Instead of not fixing what wasn't broken, they switched it up anyway.

Even though Mw3 was a good game, people still complained because of the similarities between MW2 and MW3.
MS knows that if they kept it like X360, people would be complaining until the next console was released.

I know, I hope they change the layout and make some things easier.

NDSU Might actually use this when I get the Xbox one.

There was only a couple of "tricks" that they showed that I didn't already know about.

Buttershy Kind of cool, but they still need to work on switching, it seemed laggy.

The dashboard is very quick and snappy.
It must be your video buffering.
