EA investigating Battlefield 4 Second Assault DLC issues on Xbox One

4.7
An EA representative has acknowledged reports that some users are unable to download Battlefield 4's Second Assault DLC on Xbox One.

Featuring four Battlefield 3 maps reimagined using the Frostbite 3 engine, the DLC is a timed exclusive offering on Microsoft's next-gen console.

But a number of new Battlefield Premium members have reported being unable to download Second Assault after purchasing the DLC subscription package.

EA representative EA_Rick said on Battlelog: "I know some of you have said already that it is being looked into but I wanted to just confirm it for you so you guys have a blue post to refer to. Right now all I can say is that we are aware of this issue and are currently investigating this with Microsoft. Once we have some more details I'll be sure to let you know."

Second Assault is one of five Battlefield 4 expansions due for release by the summer of 2014. They can be pre-purchased as part of the £39.99 / $50 Battlefield Premium subscription offering. The other four expansions are China Rising, Naval Strike, Dragon's Teeth and Final Stand.

KAQ That trailer looks really good :)

I like the look of the trailer also, EA tends to do a pretty good job with things such as this

I have only seen a few of their commercials while watching TV, sadly.
Although, I get them every damn YouTube ad.

I've never seen a TV ad for BF4.

HiRez I am glad they are being fixed, or at least there attempting to. :p

I just hope their able to get the biggest bugs out of the way first.

I'm hoping that they do the same, the most important being combating the frequent crashing that many people are experiencing

Lavish I hope they can get this fixed soon.
It sucks when people are trying to give EA their money and their not able to.

EA are good with this game though tbh :) they fix a lot of the issues really quickly so i wouldn't be suprised if this was fixed within the first week ...

Although it seems they have just put one of their developments on hold to fix issues before continuing.

Snuf All the bid games this year have had sooo many problems

That's what happens when a game is rushed.

I don't think the games were rushed at all.
They had just amount of time they had on all the other battlefields, if not more to combat these things.
