EA deploys Battlefield 4 patch on PS4 to combat crashing

EA has issued an update for Battlefield 4 on the PS4 just now. This update is primarily aimed at curbing the rampant crashes players have been experiencing, but also addresses single-player campaign save file corruption issues and a particular connection bug involving PlayStation Plus.
Battlefield 4 has had a rough go at it on PS4. Since the console's debut, the PS4 version has suffered from numerous crashes. This resulted in EA announcing a fan appreciation event for this coming weekend, where all online players will get double XP and a special M1911 pistol scope previously only available for use by the DICE team.
They really need to have everything fixed before you release a game. Yeah not everything can be perfect but were the people buying the games they should have it reading for us to enjoy it and not be worried about it having so many problems.
KronikShadow I think this will all be resolved soon.
Well.. it is EA, i don't know what to expect with them any more.
They are gaining a bad track record for not really being speedy on fixes.
I will just play Ghost until they can get things like this worked out.
Hopefully they can get everything worked out in the near future. I am getting a little frustrated with EA constantly releasing buggy games onto the market
KAQ EA actually care about battelfield 4 :) wish they cared about fifa aswell :/
If DICE keeps releasing unfinished games, I'm gonna stop buying them. I had to play the first 3 hours of the single player twice. Super annoying and disappointing. I can sort of (sort of) understand the online connectivity issues since so many players were trying to log on, but still. Ridiculously stupid. If you want to be a COD killer, then release a polished game. You can talk **** all you want about COD (and I do talk my fair share) but at least they release finished, polished games.
