Grand Theft Auto 5 now available through Xbox games on demand

Crime opera blockbuster Grand Theft Auto 5 is available now digitally through the Xbox Live Marketplace for $59.99, same as the hard copy. Reasons to purchase the game digitally instead of going to the store: all the reasons, the world is scary.

So very, very scary. There's sharknadoes out there! Just saw a documentary on it recently.

You could always order from Amazon and save three cents. Or, you know, while debating this, the download could be starting. As a general reminder, GTA 5 is already available digitally through the PlayStation Store.

This is nice to see! It took them a little over a month to get GTA 5 on the Xbox Store, though!

RYU360CJIV xbox live servers on xbox 360 are going down thats why microsoft told rockstars games to release it early until the shutdown of xbox live only for xbox 360 maybe

there not shuting xbox live for three more years on the 360

Dinosoar I never buy the game on Demand because it takes to much memory prefer it on a disk.

And you can sell/trade it

I bought the game Wednsday because I didn't think the on demand version would be out for a while but I guess I was wrong, Oh well I still love it.

This came out super quick! In my opinion a hard copy is the best but I guess for those who don't have the time to get up and get one this is nice to have.
