GTA5 title update addresses missing vehicles

Coinciding with the launch of GTA Online today, Rockstar has released a GTA 5 Story mode patch that tackles numerous issues with the single-player campaign.

Most notably, the new patch - version 1.01 - should fix the widely reported issue of saved vehicles disappearing, or losing their upgrades.


Other bugs affecting mission progression, money and collision detection have also been squashed.

Here's the official changelog:

Fix for interface issues when using Internet on the cell phone after completing the game, or during a mission replay
Fix for the Vanilla Unicorn occasionally becoming locked
Fix for issues where the character's money could drop below zero and become stuck there
Fix for the Epsilon Program missions not progressing properly after delivering some cars
Fix for issue where the Atomic Blimp sometimes does not appear as a phone contact for Collector's Edition owners
Fix for issues with saved vehicles going missing, or losing their upgrades
Fixes for several map escape and collision issues along with other various bug fixes

I lost no vehicles or anything with the update luckily. I have a lot of the vehicles they added now.

Losing cars, characters, and money is starting to piss me off.

I just hope Rockstar gets it all sorted soon.


It seems like they're still having problems. It sucks or a lot of the people that had this happen.

I never noticed this problem as well.
At least it is fixed and we won't ever have the chance to notice it was a problem.

At least they are getting to it, maybe they will give you a little extra for your hard time


I doubght it they want it fixed as quickly as possible as they are loosing money for it being offline ie the Micro Transactions, they want it fixed ASAP and so do we.


that makes sense, one thing at a time i guess
