CoD Ghosts: first 500 to play at Eurogamer get free Prestige Edition

Call of Duty: Ghosts is playable at Eurogamer Expo this week. Be among the first 500 to play multiplayer on the show floor and you’ll get a free copy of the Prestige Edition. Blimey.


Eurogamer reports that the first 500 people with a public pass will be eligible for the freebie on Thursday 26th September – so that means no press or industry types, thankfully. I fully expect a stampede of epic proportions as soon as the doors open at Earl’s Court, so you’ll probably find me avoiding the rush playing Dark Souls 2 or something.

After playing, Activision reps will take your name and address for when the game launches in the UK on November 5.

Eurogamer Expo takes place September 26-29 at Earl’s Court, London.

Mortar That is an awesome promotion, it is a shame those sorts of things aren't held in other locations as well. I would have imagined there would be a huge stampede towards the platform and a whole bunch of unhappy campers.


I wish they were giving away free prestige editions at another type show other than Eurogamer so that the American people could have a chance.

Damn. I wish I could get the prestige edition for free. Only thing is, I live in America and cannot fly to London for a gaming event like this, lol.

I know, I would never pay that much for just a game with some extra's, hardened edition I might get.


i was going to get the hardened edition of it till i found out it was $120

That's cheap, you get the season pass which is 50$

I won tickets for the Fast Track in the PS4 section but then they told me I need an actual ticket for the event so I was gonna buy tickets but they where sold out but If I was going I would camp at like 5 am in the morning lol to get it.
