Nintendo 'very aware' of desire for Wii U, 3DS unified accounts

4.6
Dan Adelman, Nintendo of America's go-to indie guy, recently told Destructoid that although Nintendo is "very much aware" of customer feedback calling for unified accounts across the Wii U and 3DS eShop, there is currently nothing to announce regarding the feature.

"We don't have anything new to announce, unfortunately, other than we've definitely heard that feedback many times from both inside and outside the company," Adelman said. "It's definitely something that we're very much aware of. All development for the infrastructure really happens out of Japan, so we've kind of communicated this need in the market, and they're very much aware of it and working towards really just always improving the eShop."

Potion I have the Wii U and i own one game for it Pikmin 3. Its probably the only game im going to get for it. But i think Nintendo is dying and the only thing that might save them is the new Pokemon games.

I don't think they will die off completely I just think they will not last in the console market for that much longer I will not be buying the WiiU and personally I don't think many others will be doing either.

They are still doing very good on the handheld console market. Wii U has taken a dive yes, but 3DS is still doing pretty good so I think they still have a chance in the console market.

I doubt they will go off the radar for a few years and make a '"big" comeback.
But then it will just be a reccuring cycle.

Clones But are they, 'very aware'? I for some reason don't think they are.

I would have to agree. What they think an what we think are probably different.

All i can say is i wish the best of luck for the wii u, there is just too many problems with it and that's the reason why people won't buy it
