Get a glimpse of Xbox One at your local Microsoft Store

4.5
Unless you've been fortunate enough to attend E3 or Gamescom, you probably haven't seen an Xbox One all up close and personal-like. If you can get to a Microsoft Store, you may remedy that situation right now.

The Xbox One is behind glass at your local Microsoft Store, so unfortunately you will not be able to get your hands on that improved controller or let your fingertips slide along the console's "liquid black" surface. You also won't be able to touch the new Kinect's camera lenses (frankly, we don't know why you'd even want to do that, you monster) but you can at least see the console and estimate how much shelf space you're going to need when the Xbox One launches later this year.

I am not too fussed with not being able to see an Xbox One until I receive it on launch. I've seen pictures and watched videos, that is more than sufficient.

Katsumi I personally like the idea of being able to catch a glimpse of the Xbox One at a Microsoft Store, it's a pretty good method to increase hype about the console and have consumers get a good, real life idea of what the Xbox One actually looks like

Agreed, its very clever advertising in my opinion.

Boar
Dr-J Obviously it's most likely only in America(for now) it's an American company

I think there is some in the UK also, although none I know of in Ireland sadly

It seems that Microsoft stores are not in very many areas, it would be great if a company such as Gamestop did something like this though
