Xbox One boss Don Mattrick 'resigns'

Don Mattrick, the most senior executive within Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment Business, has allegedly announced his intention to leave the company.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Mattrick is departing to take up the role of chief executive officer at beleaguered social games group Zynga.

Microsoft has declined to comment

Lets be honest here, he's probably getting a better offer over at Zynga. There are lots of people that just change jobs just due them having more of an interest in it or they get a better deal. Just because he is the president of Microsofts interactive side of things doesn't mean its down to the route the Xbox One is taking.
