Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Retail Disc Version Released in U.S.

Releasing today, “Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition” to retail as a disc-based version that will let gamers who are not currently connected to Xbox LIVE experience the thrill of Minecraft! This version of “Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition” will contain all the same features and content included in the current version and will be exactly the same as the digital version in every way, including support for multiplayer connectivity between the retail game and the digital download, and the retail disc version will receive all the same content and feature updates as the digital version ongoing.
The retail disc will arrive in stores in the US on June 4th 2013 and will be available in other locations as follows!
June 4: US, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India
June 6: Japan, Australia, New Zealand
June 25: Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, Chile, Argentina
June 28: UK, France, Spain, Ireland
NinjaWizard I already have the downloaded version, also I see this being extremely pointless. Anyone can just get the $20 for the game and buy it off the marketplace.
Fans Why not just buy it from the marketplace. Kind of a stupid idea to bring this out months after most people have already bought the game through the X-Box Live Marketplace..

As stated in the article, not everyone has connection to internet, some people have to use disk games and have never updated their consoles. I am sure this will sell, plus if your account/console gets banned you don't have to pay $20 again because you have the disk.
