Call of Duty: Ghosts listed at multiple retailers for PS3, Xbox 360

Call of Duty: Ghosts emerges from the darkness thanks to Target and UK retailer Tesco, with the former advertising a release date of November 5. Meanwhile, a Tesco listing notes a release date of December 30 - early November is the traditional Call of Duty ETA. The box art posted on Tesco (see below the break for a snippet) features Infinity Ward's logo.

We know (as if we didn't before) that Activision has another edition of its shooter series slated for this year. "The Call of Duty franchise continues to set the bar for innovation," company CFO Dennis Durkin said during Activision's February earnings call, "And we expect the new Call of Duty game in development for 2013 to raise that bar even higher."

The deal in the image above isn't bad at all if you were planning on buying the game anyway. I some of the larger stores would try to out do the the others incentives.

Mortar Call of Duty: Ghosts has emerged, rumours are spreading, and merchandise are appearing. It will be interesting to see what the editions of the game include. I am quite excited for this game and cannot wait to see some gameplay.

Recent information about this game has me even more interested, hopefully they redeem themselves after MW3 and BO2.

Doubt it, probably going to be the same thing.
Hopefully not.

Tide I don't like the sound of this

What part of this didn't you like? It doesn't say much other then a November 5 release date for COD: Ghosts. I just saw the pre order card at target for the first time today.

I really they don't make this some futuristic game because those are horrible. They should go back in time and make the game take place in like WW2 like the earlier COD's a.k.a the good COD's

Wow more great news each day..

cil I thought Ghost was dead... Turns out i was wrong! Hopefully this cod brings some life back in to the series, BO2 was TERRIBLE.

I've heard it's really different from the MW series, and based in the future with modern day weapons. Which doesn't make sense to me. I think it would be cool for it to be something like the MW series through Ghost's point of view. Which would be a great way to include some older cods and really complete the series. :)
