Minecraft being considered for PlayStation, Wii U probably not happening

It has come to light that Mojang are considering even more platforms for the popular PC and Xbox 360 game, Minecraft.

Though Minecraft currently has an exclusivity deal on Xbox, Mojang's Jens Bergensten (Jeb_), lead designer on Minecraft, recently told sources that the team will consider PlayStation platforms whenever the deal lapses. Those hoping for a Wii U version may be out of luck, however, as he added that a port for the Nintendo console is "very unlikely."

Eaqo Minecraft is so much better on pc should just stick to it and not put it on consoles.


that's my opinion toward it. the time spent updating the console takes away time for PC updates


No it doesn't. A different company (4jstudios) does the xbox port

CPx1989 the Wii U would not be able to handle it graphic wise and controller wise because the screens on the controllers would not be able to handle rendering much and the Wii U itself might have overheating issues with how small the console is and with what little ventilation goes through it.

They probably make money off of the deal with Microsoft.

PC Version is and will always be superior.

Console versions are to only play if your PC can't handle Minecraft or to play with friends that don't have it on PC.
